A short, plain-language note about the contact form on this site.

What we collect

What you type into the form: your name, email, business, the template you picked, what you want your kiosk to do, and your phone number and target date if you give them.

To keep out spam bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and IP address. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across sites; we only see totals like how many people visited and which pages they looked at.

Why

Only to reply to you about your kiosk. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it

Only the two people who run KiosksNow, through a private admin page that requires a login.

How long we keep it

• While we're talking with you about a project, and for the length of any project we do together.
• If we close your inquiry without a project, it's deleted automatically 12 months later.
• Spam submissions are deleted after 30 days.
• Encrypted backups are kept for up to 3 months, so deleted details leave our backups within that time.

Deleting your details

Reply to any email from us and ask, and we'll permanently delete your submission.
